Big fan of spicy pickled carrots as a caesar garnish too.

I think that's the best part of a ceasar: You can garnish with what you personally prefer...as long as it's pickled...celery being the only exception.

OJ`s chains make a pretty damn good ceasar.
I think they use Montreal steak spice on the rim

There's a pub here in St. Albert called Crown & Tower, and their caesars are unusual (in a good way), they taste kind of carbonated. Doesn't sound good, but it somehow works. Very tasty.
Man I wish I wasn't sick, I'm craving one now..

I don't like a really spicy Caesar. I prefer mine more mild.
I've never had a Gin Caesar. Sounds like it'd be good though, I'll have to try mixing one up soon.
As far as chain restaurants go, Moxie's makes a good Caesar. Smuggler's makes a great Caesar, and I enjoy the one at Peanuts Sports Bar as well.

I like my Ceaser with a bit of horse radish just to kick it up a notch. The best ones are the ones you make yourself.

West. Drink is good plus they use prawns instead of veggies.

Has anyone been able to get a Caesar when they've traveled out of the country?
I as in Las Vegas in November and started talking to the bartender at Boa Steakhouse in Caesar's Palace. I was telling the guy we had a drink called the Caesar in Canada, and he'd never heard of it, but he made me one (no Clamato juice, but he used the traditional recipe of tomato juice and clam broth) with a few of his own ingredients. It was interesting.

I've even had a few squirts of this in my caesar.

Here's a question:
I've never had a caesar before (blasphemy, I know), being a beer and rum and rye guy.
Where's a good place for a caesar that a noob would like (not to crazy or spicy)

When I was down in Mexico last year, I had to walk the bartender through on how to make one.
He had to go the storage room to find clamato. He was going to use tomato juice and lemon juice. I had to explain that he was about to make a bloody marry with those ingredients.
Long story short: He ended up making a great caesar, and the next day he was making them for all the other Canadians at the resort.

The chain restaurants (BP, Moxie's, etc) usually have their Caesar on sale one night a week, so that might be a good time to try one.

District makes a pretty good one. Doubles are $7.50 during happy hour (4-7 pm)

I believe BP's is Sundays. Unless they've changed it.

Lots of Worcestershire and lots of Tobasco are the key.
But to be honest it's hard to make a bad Caesar.

Wouldn't surprise me, District is sick.

They're pretty easy to make yourself.

Worcestershire
Tobasco
Clamato Juice
Optional: Salt/Pepper to taste
Lime/Olives/Beans/Asparagus/etc
Rim glass w/ lemon pepper, seasoning salt, or something similar
