edit: too bad they didn't involve the real all-star game

Holy crap, so many good moments from tonights episode. It was great they went back and actually did Michael's movie.

Nice seeing some old characters, like Todd Packar, the Scarn Dance, Stanley's Morgan Freeman style voiceover, the learning how to skate montage with Creed as Cherokee Jack. And Toby's little friend from New York is in it too haha

I missed what happened in the last 30 seconds of the show (after the final commercial break). Could someone who saw it tell me what happened? (In a spoiler obviously). Thanks!

That was not his last episode, but only a few more. Tonight sure did remind me how much I'm going to miss him though. "I should have burnt this place down when i had the chance"

Also news this week that in the season finale, Will Arnett and Ricky Gervais will be guest starring!

That was an awesome ending. Going to miss this show, because next season won't be the same without Steve.

The Dallas joke was good too, "and that's Dallas". I Love Kevin!

Will Arnett will be the next boss, and I couldn't be happier.

Has it been confirmed that he has signed on?

No Arnett has not been confirmed, nobody has in fact. All that is confirmed is Gervais and Arnett both being in the finale, along with a few other big guests, that have not been named yet. Should be one hell of an end to the season!

No, but Gervais has "recommended" Arnett to the studio. He did the same for Carrell before he got the job. I just can't see Arnett being in the finale without him being the one to get the gig.

I could see it being Arnett, I saw that the producers said it was going to become a much more ensemble show in the future

and he's a big star, but not big enough that he would need to be the main story in every episode

That episode was very well done. The water coming on was a great reference to Jim and Pam's engagement.

True but I think there's been a little change in the game plan, perhaps not able to predict getting Arnett, Ferell and Gervais. To be honest, I have literally no idea but I can't wait for the Goodbye Michael episodes. Second half of the hour long episode written by Greg Daniels and Paul Fieg directing

well if they could somehow get Gervais than he becomes the star, 100%

I don't want Ferrell to do it, very hesitant about him even being on a few episodes

think Arnett would be great as well, would be even better if the just had him play Gob

If Arnet plays the Gob then it will definitely inject new life into the show.
