Taken simply with my blackberry phone camera, this picture is from Christmas 2009 at Grand Canyon. We drove from Phoenix to Flagstaff, through Sedona, up to Grand Canyon and then home.

The view from 'Pliegue del Tombado' after a 21km hike in southern Argentina (Patagonia) the only hike that gives you a view of both Torre and Fitzroy.
I'm still proud of us for doing this hike two days in a row. After making it 90% of the way the first day (not far enough for any views), only to be turned back by pouring rain, we knew we had to walk all the way back down and give it another shot the next day. For non-hardcore hikers like us it was a challenge.
Patagonia in the fall is pretty incredible, especially the colors of all the trees. You can get an idea of the redness of the trees in the valley from this pic.

Awesome! What made you go to Pantagonia, if you weren't a hiker? (Not that there's anything wrong with it, Pantagonia just seems to be famous for the great outdoors.)
Pantagonia is up on my list of top places I want to go, but I want to get some more mountaineering experience and get stronger, so I can do some badass stuff there.

If it's so high up on your list why do you make it sound like a place that has pants?
I saw a little bit of Patagonia down in Ushuaia on our way to Antarctica. Beautiful landscape, just breathtaking.

I spell my own name wrong sometimes, I'm kind of stooooooopid.
(What did you do down in Antarctica? You have pics? I'd love to hear stories / see pics.)

Since others have posted more than one photo in here I thought I'd share one more:

My girlfriend (and now wife) on day 2 of our 26 day backpacking trip around India. This shot was taken by a tourist that was from the Toronto area.

It was our honeymoon trip, and it allowed my wife to get her 7th continent visited (and I got 2 continents, just leaving African and Australia for me).

We're not hikers in the sense that you'll find us out hiking in Kananaskis every weekend just to be outdoors. But I still enjoy hiking if it means being rewarded with some sort of incredible view that I've never seen before.
There's plenty of hardcore mountaineering you could do down in Patagonia that's for sure. But even for anyone that just wants to see some of the most spectacular beauty on earth and is reasonably fit, there's plenty to enjoy.
Doing the famous W circuit of Torres del Paine was our original goal, but there wasn't enough time to fit it in with all the other awesome things that are down in Argentina.
Definitely check out the town of El Chalten while it's still relatively unspoiled and rustic. I could see it becoming Banff-like any day. In 2009 the road to it was unpaved, would be nice to see it stay that way.
