You can find these under another name, Curly Wurly, and they're available at the British stores at Eau Claire and Market Mall.

When I was in the Netherlands, I use to get this Spanish brand of Corn Nuts. So much better than the the Corn Nuts brand we get here in Canada. Cheap too for .45 Euro.
It came in a red plastic packaging. Google wasn't able to find them
