Why do they have "play in" games for seeds 11 and 12? Shouldn't the play in games be for the 16th ranked teams?

Nope. It's a refreshing change.
It all depends on where the bubble is. Some of those bubble teams are better, much better, than some of the teams that got automatic bids by winning their conference tournaments.

With Kyrie Irving expected to be back for the Blue Devils that might change the Final Four for a lot of people.
Arguably the best point guard in the country and a top 5 pick in next years draft, regardless if he comes off the bench, Duke just got a whole lot better.

Man, this would be the best day ever if I could sit in a pub all day long, watch the opening round of NCAA basketball, drink green beer and have a laminated copy of my bracket laid out on the table. That would be the best thing in the world right now.

My office celebrates the opening day every year- we all go to the one of the main meeting rooms and drink beer and eat pizza and watch the games. I *Do* have to work until noon, but after that, it's free beer and pizza for a couple of hours and off to the pub. My kids are on Spring Break in Texas and it's just my husband/me wearing our green, and ready to roll.
Bad part is- I have to be at work at 8am tomorrow- but hey! Not gonna think about that now!

For some reason the NCAA stream does not work for me. It just stays at the "Loading" page when I click on a score to watch that game.

I can't get the Louisville game- can anyone tell me what's going on there? Looks like they are getting dominated which is really surprising.

Louisville is down 27-23 3 ish left in first half
Clemson with 2 sloppy turnovers and this game is 80-71 they just blew any chance of winning
