Personally, I am amazed that people watched enough of that video to realize there was a guy rapping in it. I am sitting here reading the comments in this thread and got really confused so I had to go back and skim it again to find out that they were not smoking the crack.

It goes on similarly. It was a good song to coerce my kids into wearing underwear when they were (are) little and they like to run around naked. If they don't they have to listen to me sing this.
We have many such songs in my family... (which I probably shouldn't admit since I made them all up.)
