I was just thinking there had better be a Pick 'em group. March Madness is always fun. Great time of the year. Great basketball and this is when the weather starts to get better!

You pick your bracket once. You can not change after you have made your picks. You have to submit your pics before the tournament begins. If all your teams lose in the first round, that's it. But that would be pretty spectacular if you could do that.

ever wonder how many different combinations are possible on a 64 team bracket? how hard would it be to do a perfect bracket?

9,223,372,036,854,775,808

Even if every person in America filled one out (300 million people),
the probability of someone winning is:

300,000,000
----------- = .00000000003253
2^63

mind boggling numbers.

The odds would be that bad if every team had an equal chance of winning, but we know there are many teams that have no chance.

Arizona is my surprise Final Four team, as well.

I have Ohio State over Pitt in the final, though I may well change my mind between now and Thursday morning.

Personally I just like the upsets and the Cinderella teams. More exciting that just seeing the favorites cruise to the final game.

I'm in.

I've watched about 7 minutes of NCAA Baskbetball this year so I'm not expecting much. Plus I picked (guessed) a ton of upsets.

Great tradition in that chant. If you ever have the opportunity, you should go to Lawrence and see Allen Fieldhouse and all of the history on the wall. It's quite overwhelming.

The chant was originally supposed to be "Rah, Rah, Jayhawk, KSU' and it started in 1886. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rock_Chalk,_Jayhawk

Being at a game or anywhere when that is chanted is really overwhelming and emotional.

If you'd ever been in Allen Fieldhouse when that chant gets going at the end of a big win you'd understand.

Goosebump city.
