Try sending them an email asking them to give you a call and expalin the whole situation to them. I've had some issues with online sites, but it seems once I talk to someone on the phone things get much better. I'm not saying this will resolve the issue for sure, but if you explain why you are transfering money to people you play with (ie only in the home games) they can likely give you some leeway. Always threaten to take your money elsewhere; in the end they always seem to be accommodating.
Pain in the rear I know, but much easier than what they are asking for. Worst case, they don't change their stance. It's worth a shot though, and from my experience I bet they let it slide and you won't have to send all that stuff in.

I go the Grey Eagle to play sometimes.
I usually play the 8 PM daily tournament.

TBQH I find online play much different than live. Probably just head to the casino manager and ask what games they have going and then go from there.
