Holy Crap!

Isn't that like the 5th sign or something (trying to remember bad movies from about 25 years ago)

A few years back, I was in Bemidji, Minnesota and something similar happened in Lake Bemidji with white fish. One morning, it looked like there were thousands of white fish floating on the water. Just white fish though... it was wierd.

Not red algae. Fish have school mentality. Might have taken shelter from storm in harbour. So many fish that they started using up all the oxygen in the small harbour. As more suffocated, bacteria and decomposition used more oxygen. Fish will be made into fertilizer.

I'm guessing normally there aren't a lot of fish in the marina. Just a giant school of anchovies crushed into the shallow marina and got themselves killed like people panicking and getting trampled getting out of a stadium.
