If Charlie Sheen wanted to do a reality show he could probably do one without all this craziness. Everyone already knows he's a party animal/coke-head.

Not to mention the fact that he gets a lifetime worth of royalties etc. from his show. How often do you see reality shows in syndication?

The idea that this is a ploy to get a reality show is laughable.

I'm not saying that he really isn't a party animal/cokehead. He's always been like that, but lately he has been doing interviews almost every day about it. It seems like he wants the exposure now.

As for the notion that doing a reality show would rake him less cash based on wht shows like Jersey Shore get, I could see a show with Charlie Sheen bringing in way more than that show. How many people on this thread alone are people who never tune in Jersey Show, but are getting entertainment from from the Charlie Sheen/pornstar sex and drugs trainwreck? I'm not saying that he sabotaged Two and a Half Men for this, but what is done is done... and his subsequent actions seem contrived to me.

If he decided that he didn't want to work for Chuck Lorre anymore, then what are his options?

Interesting idea. MAybe it's not so much about the money, and a little more about his ego? I mean, Two and a Half Men is basically what he's like in real life, just replace that piano with a Tony Montana pile of coke, right? Maybe he's going Donald Trump and just wants to really, really show the world what he's like.

Or maybe he'll turn up dead in a Vegas hotel room with more hookers and blow than any celebrity has ever been caught with.

Lets face it, we wouldn't see any of the really interesting stuff in a Charlie Sheen reality show. First off seeing him making snow angels in a pile of cocaine while a porn star honks on bobo is not going to be shown on T.V.

Second of all the really good stuff would impact him in any custody, divorce or legal proceedings.

I think Charlie Sheen and his team are playing up his party lifestyle and adding a polygamy angle because they want to get him a reality show. Two of the top paid television "stars" by gender last year were Kim Kardasian and The Situation - both reality show personalities. Charlie Sheen knows what sells and he wants in. He might be a better actor than a lot of us realize.
It's a little bit of both, the guy has lost his publicist and now has nothing keeping him away from 10 interviews everyday and any type of filter, but Charlie Sheen knows exactly what he's doing here. He's savvy and he's playing it up for everything he's worth...he knows if he gives a certain response to a question, it's going to get him more and more exposure. Guy got over a million twitter followers in under 24 hours. And has embraced every last bit of it.....idiot reporters like that 20/20 women play right into it

Sheen could make a great leader of a cult of some sort. I'll give him that. Pretty sad that the most sensible person in that house is some underage stoner chick (aside from the kids of course).

Totally, except whereas Kramer has yellow/brown teeth, Sheen has gold.

"Savvy" is open to interpretation. Everything he's worth is less now than it was a week ago.

Twitter, Youtube and 20/20 interviews are not paying deals. That idiot on 20/20 made more money out of that interview than he did. He lost money. The crazier he gets, the more money he doesn't get.

That show he was on paid him ~50 million bucks a year. That's all gone. When this circus blows over, he's not getting another gig. Even the hookers will leave him. He's already a punchline.

Lucky for Charlie, he'll make a steady paycheque from the syndication of that show until forever. But there ain't nobody out there looking to pay him 2 million bucks an episode to do anything. Except maybe the one time he goes for the ODPPV.

Wrong.

Celebrities with large twitter followings get paid tens of thousands of dollars a pop just for mentioning products and places.

There's money any times someone is followed by a large number of people.

Apparently he posted a picture a while back showing his coffee table after one of his porn parties. On it, there was a bottle of water (I can't remember the brand), but apparently sales of that product skyrocketed after that. Whether that was planned or not, who knows.... but I am pretty sure marketing people and celebrities took note of it.

Edit: It was Fiji water. There was also a Coke, Lysol wipes and Marlboro's on the table. It was pretty much a commercial. You can google search for the picture. I'd post it, but it probably falls in the NSFW category.

What does that say about the twitter crowd, Flames addiction ?

Charlie has been interviewed by just about everyone now, I wonder what he's going to do for attention when nobody wants to interview him anymore.

Here's a more recent and safer for work Charlie Sheen Twitter commercial:

I'd be shocked if they are not getting paid for this stuff.

The picture of health, a big breasted porn star and a guy that routinely smokes a 1/4 oz of crack to himself
