Listening to that rant it absolutely screams a rant from a very high man.

We're not laughing with you Charlie Sheen, we're laughing at you.
Keep it up, though, the material is hilarious.

This is what will finally do him in....
...child custody arrangement is that Mueller will have primary physical custody of the children, twin 2-year-old boys named Bob and Max. Sheen has agreed to pay child support of $55,000 a month.
Mueller will not receive spousal support, but will get a one-time payment of over $750,000
And to Denise Richards...
Terms of Charlie Sheen Divorce Settlement
Denise became eligible for receiving about 40 million USD for less than 3 years of marriage. This comprises of the following points.
- Child support for 15 years: 10 million USD. This amount is tax free
- Divorce settlement: 7 million USD
- Syndication royalties from Sheen’s Two and a Half Men television series: 25 million USD
"In addition to the child support, Richards got 60,000 USD a month (also tax free) for two years in alimony – adding up to a whopping 1.44 million USD. Richards also gets a chunk of Sheen’s hot sitcom, ”Two and a Half Men,” which eventually will net her up to 25 million USD,"
Without work he will choke on the payments and end up in a gutter...

Perhaps, but those settlement amounts are beyond ridiculous. $55,000.00/month in child support? Someone on earth requires that much money to raise two kids? Really? ######ed.
The guy's an out of control jerk with serious drug/alcohol/hooker/entitlement issues, but no one deserves to be subject to these kinds of agreements. He needs a better lawyer.
There should be a set amount that was determined after studies etc that someone should have to pay for child support. IE, the (hypothetical) study has determined that it costs ~$20,000.00/year to raise one child (or whatever amount). That should be the maximum amount anyone should ever have to pay for child support (per child). There would be a scale for those who make less as well. The amounts would be adjusted each year for cost of living etc.
As for Alimony, that would not exist in this dream world I'm envisioning. If you're an able bodied/minded person, no alimony for you under any circumstances. Get a job.
Any money/assets which was gathered while the couple were together under marriage would be fair game. 50/50 lump sum split, no matter what.
Nothing else. What you came in to the relationship with? That's what you leave with (other than what was earned while together and child support for the person who retains custody of the kids).

I think the child support payments are so ridiculous because it is based on a % of his salary/assets. In no way am I lawyer, but it is the only thing I can think of which would make sense as $55k/month/child is pretty damn high.
Still, syndication of Two and Half Men will go on for a looooooooong time so he'll still be raking it in for quite a while.

Part way through his rant, Sheen mentions his admiration for Brian Wilson.. then it hit me that he sounds exactly the same as Brian Wilson does in interviews. I find both pretty funny, but Sheen is worryingly serious.

I love Two and Half Men, but seriously, if he doesn't have a no-cut contract that would cost the network a fortune I say can Sheen and replace him with some other actor. The show was brilliant but I've lost interest because of this freak. I don't go to any Tom Cruise movies in the theatre because I hate the man so much, but Sheen has replaced him as No. 1 on my hated list. Unfortunately, THM may have jumped the shark anyway.

They should replace him with Robert Downey Jr.

Sheen wants a raise to $3M per episode, and other ramblings:
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/0..._n_828993.html
On ABC, Sheen said to correspondent Andrea Canning that he planned to sue his bosses.
"Wouldn't you?" he said. "I've got a whole family to support and love. People beyond me are relying on that. I'm here to collect. They're going to lose. They're going to lose in a courtroom, so I would recommend that they settle out of court."
He said CBS owes him an apology, "publicly, while licking my feet."
Sheen, who was hospitalized three times in three months, said that he's bored now with cocaine. But he said he "exposed people to magic" when they partied with him and that he loved doing drugs.
"What's not to love?" he said on ABC. "Especially when you see how I party. It was epic. The run I was on made Sinatra, Flynn, Jagger, Richards just look like droopy-eyed armless children."
ABC and Radar Online had Sheen's blood and urine tested for drugs over the weekend.
The results were "a big win for Charlie Sheen, no question," said Radar's Dylan Howard. He said the dual tests revealed Sheen hadn't had drugs in at least 72 hours.
"I am on a drug," Sheen said. "It's called Charlie Sheen. It's not available because if you try it you will die. Your face will melt off and your children will weep over your exploded body."

Without any doubt CBS will have performance clauses in the contract allowing them to terminate the arrangement based on Sheen's public persona.
That's pretty standard stuff.
The fat kid who works as the son signed a deal late in 2010 paying him $17 million through the next bunch of years. I'm sure he's choked right now. He's a terrible actor and this is all there is for any career aspiratons.
It's hard to believe Sheen could be more of a wingnut than his father but there you have it.
This is one destruction of an individual that I'll genuinely enjoy watching without a tinge of guilt.

I doubt that Sheen would have signed any contract that has a personal conduct clause. My guess is he's working really hard to get out of the contract so a lot of this bizarre behavior might be planned.
I've seen the kid pop up on other series, but he's going to be the typical youth actor story, he hit puberty and was no longer the cute kid. I would expect to read a story about him running his pinto into a telephone pole one day.
I would expect that he'll be like Jason Hervey who is still cashing cheques from the Wonder Years and never acted again.
I've read up on cocaine use, and I've never seen where it causes this kind of behavior, usually its more of an overwhelming destructive need to keep using.
Crack on the other hand does cause severe delusions if its used over a long period of time.
