Sorry guys, but I had to share my pain with the thread title..... but good news is if these relaunch goes well, we really could see a new movie.
Joss Whedon said if the first movie broke even he would do a second one as long as Fox didn't hold the rights.... it did break even and he also didn't rule out a made for TV movie.....
Personally I find Firefly to be incredibly overrated. It's a good show, and I'd watch it if it came back on, but people get a little too hyperbolic regarding it. The show was two great characters and then like 6 bland crew members.
