Cold War Kids just put out "Mine is yours" no need to purchase it as there is only a couple good songs.....1. Mine is yours and 2. Louder than ever. Not what I was expecting....A swing and a miss...
Not only are you wrong, but you are also a fata. Check page 48.

I liked the last EP but I'm not even crazy about the single for this one.

NME : "Mine is yours, you can keep it Thanks". What happened to these guys They are right about one thing Mine is Yours as their music sounds too much like others on this one...was looking forward to this one to kick off the year and I am already tired of it....
One of my favourite new bands to come out in the last few years, Fleet Foxes, is coming out with a new album on May 3rd (which is my birthday!!) and you can listen to/download a new single from their upcoming album here:
http://www.chartattack.com/news/2011...oncton-in-july Arcade Fire to open for U2 in Moncton. I heard somewhere that "Suburban War" was written about Bono? Does this make Arcade Fire a sell out or just guarantee a sell out for U2...
Win Butler "Although Bono often gets stick from musicians and fans he believes he is having a positive effect". "As much as people slag Bono I will forever give him credit".
The real question is can U2 still put out anything resembling good music. Their last 2 albums were really boring and mediocre. Clearly to me they are a brand more than a band now.

I really wish they would stop trying and just go away.
My first impression is that it's a really good album.
Haven't had a chance to listen yet but I am really looking forward to this. Their early stuff is ok, but 'I'm Wide Awake' and 'Cassadaga' were fantastic.

Yuck "Yuck" is on i-tunes with expected release date February 15th. Have heard two songs thus far "Suicide Policeman" which is terrible but continues to get lots of airplay and "The Wall" which is really good and almost sounds like a different band.....Band formed in 2009 and from London, New Jersey and Hiroshima. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=glOfHOxdRCU The Wall
After a bit of a break, TV on the Radio are back in action. The genre-leaping New Yorkers will release their new album Nine Types of Light on Interscope this spring. Welcome back, guys.
