Looking for a personal trainer - I'm in good shape but I want to build muscle, exercise regularly but would like help with form. Any recommendations would be awesome!

I went to the Talisman Centre a few years ago.

The first thing you do is fill out a questionnaire about what you're looking to get out of it, and they match you to a trainer who can gear a program to meet those needs. Because a lot of elite athletes train there, they have a good mix from high-performance trainers down to people who will just help a fat schlub become less of a fat schlub.

I didn't shop around, so I don't know how they compare on price, and it wasn't cheap, but it worked really well for me at the time.

They also have a dedicated area for Personal Training, so you're not forced to fight for access to the equipment on the floor.

Obviously, this information is from before their recent renovations, so I don't know if anything has changed, but I'd doubt it.

Ensure the person training you has a background in nutrition, diet and has a degree of some form in kinesiology for maximum results IF you are really serious about this.

Doing this will make you grateful you did it this way ....you wont have wasted any time either.
