I know it pained my wife to add to my collection of caps, so I'll mention the Heritage Classic Flames Cap and SF Giants WS Champions Cap that came as stocking stuffers.
Maybe it's a hint to clear out a few older ones?

I got a mini fridge for birthday in Nov. and did it come in handy over xmas. I counted 70 cans of beer, plus other assorted things, coolers, Clamato, some bottles of beer, even apples and oranges in the crisper.
Sure created more space in the main fridge for turkey leftovers and food.

my wife got me a new (huge) camera backpack and wide angled lens for my dslr - so that's pretty sweet!
folks got me some hockey gear... gotta love when you break a goalie stick 1 week before christmas... it becomes the 'easy gift' from a couple of people. i now have 5 goalie sticks (and 3 of those are composites) - i'm set for a couple years!!!
i'm a little disappointed that no one mentioned "fotze's mom"... even as a gag gift!!!

Money but I parlayed that into new skates, new stick, 4th gen ipod touch, lots of comics.
My best present is yet to come. I'm ordering a jersey from the junior A team I used to cheer for when I was a kid.

I got a DS... I mean my 5 year old son got a DSi and the New Super Mario Bros game to go with it. It is his first introduction to video gaming so after a few days he hasn't quite got the knack of it yet. He gives up too easily, hands it to may and says "You play it". He prefers the camera portion of it. I delete about 300 "pictures" every day so he can take more pictures the next day.
I got The Pacific and a couple of books, on of which is Bob Probert's book.

I'm not sure about the best gift, but the most memorable was the gift from my grandmother to my Indian wife - a Christian propaganda pamphlet about a Hindu family that finally found happiness when they turned to Jesus. I don't want to derail a positive thread, so please no pro or anti religion responses, but seriously Grandma, what the hell?

Made me laugh ... but it is Christmas. Please tell me Grandma also walked around saying "Jesus is the reason for the season!"

For me, it's the Authentic On-ice Vintage Flames jersey that my wife and kids gave me.
Now, I just need to decide what name/number to put on it. I'm leaning towards Iggy, but it would probably be the guarantee that he'll be traded. I've had Brathwaite, Huselius, Kobasew, Leopold, Lombardi, and Phanuef...

$35.. kind of expensive for a novelty product, but I guess it would be funny to get that as a gift!
