New Year's Resolutions
2011 is just around the corner and I just wanted to know what your new years resolution is. Mine is to have a better year next year, this one was boring as hell for me.

New Year's resolutions are about as useless as a one legged man at an arse-kickin' contest.
I resolved, many many years ago to NEVER again make a New Year's resolution....and I've kept it ever since.
By the way do you know why Santa is so jolly?
Because he has a list of all the naughty girls.

Lifetime Suspension

Got a jump on mine this year. Started at 233 lbs in late October, put a spin bike in my living room in front of the TV, and down to 209 now, wanna hit 190 by April. I've gotta say, I used to scoff at the spinners at the gym, but spinning has got to be the fastest, most efficient way to lose weight. Bought myself a snazzy new Trek road bike for Xmas to keep it off this coming summer. Can't wait to start cycling the 18 km to work each day.

After an event at work just before Christmas, I vow not to take work as seriously or go above and beyond the call of duty, because nobody thanks you anyways.. Continue to lose weight, nail more quality chicks instead of focusing on quantity. Be an even more angry and crabby person, because nice basically gets you plowed up the a$$
