Canadian Tire App is now out. Haven't tried it yet but apparently you can walk around the store and scan barcodes. It wants to enable GPS so it probably only works in store.
I'm going to make them wish they had never heard of "scanning code of practice."

With beejive you have to go into the settings menu and change the session timeout from 30mins to 7 days. I had that issue at first but now it works fine for me.

Anyone else tried Fan960 on tunein radio recently? It sounds like chipmunks in a clothes dryer. I notified the developer, but wanted to make sure it wasn't just me. It's the same on my iPhone and iPad.

It seems the 64kbps MP3 stream is gimped. If you change the stream to the 48kbps Flash or 32kbps WMA stream it works just fine.

Infinity Blade is out. This is the game that was tech demo'd at the apple keynote...made by Epic Games.
5.99, Universal app. Requires at Least a 3GS on.

Infinity Blade graphics are unbelievable.
The game is fun enough (strangely addicting) but fair warning: there's not much to it. Tons of weapons/armors/magic etc. but you never really have to do much more than dodge attacks and swipe madly on the screen to kill guys. Maybe that'll change further along. And, you keep fighting the same map over and over again until you're strong enough to beat the bad guy. Maybe something happens after that?
If you're squeamish about $6 for a game, skip it until they update it with multiplayer and the extra level they're apparently working on. For me, if a game entertains me for 4 or 5 hours it's worth $6, and I'm having fun with it.

Just went through the garage testing it- works just fine.
