Kruise Reddick

Apologies if FATA, but what's the deal with this guy? Highly rated in the 2008 draft, goes unclaimed, and same repeats for 2010. Now an overager with Tri-Cities. Although not seeing him play, he has good stats. Wondering if this might be a good signing for the Flames (Western Canadian boy and all with some skill), but does anyone know why teams have stayed away to this point?

He's 5'8 and <180 lbs. Small players like this tend to fall quite heavily (Kozun and Weal are good indications of that)

I have watched Kruise grow up here in Tri-cities. He is a great player at the junior level. I do feel he is small and that he is a product of his linemates. He is a setup guy. This year as our Captain he is posting good numbers, but I do not feel he is a strong enough player to go to the next level. Don't get me wrong, he is a strong junior level player, and I love him on my team, but I don't feel he is worthy of a pick.
