Isn't it odd that the only people posting in the back to school thread are people that aren't in schoo and wish they were
Count me in... I can't wait to go back next September

I'm supporting my client as he attends SAIT for the next two years so we've been back since August 30th. I have to admit that I have been really bored as I have absolutely zero interest in his program (way too math and technically oriented for my creative mind). The boredom coupled with the much longer hours are tough but I am glad he is doing what he wants to do. I do miss CP abit though (thank go for his COMP class - I can surf the internet for a couple hours).

Hooah, just one class for me on the first day and my brain was leaking out my eyes.
I think we need to start a Calgarypuck support group where we can skip classes or put off studying so we can pay homage to the greatest site out there in cyber space.
I needed a CP break like 5 minutes in. Could be a looooong year.

I can't figure out what you are talking about. You are supporting a client in school? That makes no sense. Like a financial client. This has really stumped me.
Actually, it does make sense. It just might not make sense to you...
I am a Personal Care Attendant and my client is going to the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
Thus, I am supporting him while he attends as a full time student.
Any questions?

OHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. I was thinking you were a financial planner or an advertising guy. I'm thinking why is he going to school for the client. Then I thought of Rodney Dangerfield in Back to School when he hired a typist to take notes in class while he was out drinkin'.
There's no way I'm going to do a Triple Lindy so he can graduate.

First day tomorrow for me too... well, after a week break from summer classes. Took a walk around the campus today, and the "scenery" looks extra nice this year... and ample.

Everyone seems like they’re starting so much later. I started back up at Mt. Royal myself on September 1st. I work at the University, however, and after the quiet of the summer semester it’s so bizarre to have to cram into the elevator to get to my tenth floor office….plus the vending machines are completely raided by the time my 4:00 McSweeney Rice Krispie square craving hits…had to settle for a puffed wheat square instead….new student bas**rds… hehe
Just for kicks, what's everyone taking??
Kinesiology student myself

Bah. I was looking forward to getting back to school, but then 5 minutes into the first class I found myself already counting down the number of days left until summer.
I'm in year 2 of a BSc in Political Science with a minor in Business...

Entering my 4th year in Haskayne at the U of C, doing a general major.
Ozy_Flame and I are in 7 out of 10 classes together this year!
And to all of you wishing to go back to school..... I fart in your general direction. I see the light at the end of the tunnel and its starting to look better everyday....
Of course, I'll be taking that comment back next year when I probably find out I can't find a job.
Oh well. If I expect the worse, I can only hope for the best!
