McClain leads with his helmet and it doesn't get called. The officials don't have a clue how to call these hits.

Another pick 6 from Manning. Will we see the "Manning Face" today?

When Palmer finally got brought down on that sack at the end I was working on my 8th heart attack. What a game! That's 2 straight absolute barnburners for the Saints, I don't know if my body can take much more of those.
Now c'mon dirtybirds, you need to lay down today. Creamsicle Power!

....and here come the Chargers.
You can't build a measley 21-3 lead on this team and go into cruise control on offense.

Those Creamsicle jerseys rock! They even re-did the helmet at midfield!

Wow. Raiders coming right down the field on the Chargers. Impressive stuff from them.
28-13 Raiders.
San Deigo's annual slow start, which has somehow now become acceptable for them with the media, is finally going to bite them in the ass.

Lifetime In Suspension

Ugh. Kyle Orton sucked a fat one today. Talking heads here have decided that:
McDaniels is 99% guaranteed to be fired
Tebow needs to play these last few games
McDaniels only hope of keeping his job is to start Tebow and have him look good
I seriously doubt McDaniels gets canned. With the impending lockout year (which I think will happen), why would Bowlen want to fire him and then be paying 3 HC's at one time? He's still paying Shanny remember. If the stadium is empty for those last two home games then maybe McDaniels gets the axe. Maybe.

Wow what a goal line play by the Bucs! 10 point lead on the Falcons with 10.5min to play. Could the Creamsicles pull off upsets in back to back years?
EDIT: Unbelieveable on the KR, how do you not get him out of bounds there?? Just push him out!

I'm not sure it would really qualify as an upset. Tampa's a good team.

I know, not quite the same as that hapless team beating Green Bay in the orange last year. Still, I felt the Falcons would pull this one out, especially after wins over the Ravens & Packers recently.
Looks like this one's gonna go down to the wire. Falcons have won an amazing amount of close games this year, I don't like where this is going..

I wouldn't say "good." They're a good bad team. They don't own a single win over a team with a winning record.

I don't understand why Dallas isn't going for the win here.

Wow, we aren't going to make the playoffs. Tons of injuries so not a huge surprise but still a crappy feeling.
Good luck to all the playoff teams (except the ones I don't like).

9-7 could still take the AFC South.

Indy would have to run the table and hope Jacksonville loses 1 of their other 3 games.

Turner needs to be fired. There's no excuse for the slow starts every year. Sooner or later you are going to face too tall a hill to climb. Now the Raiders own the tiebreaker the Chargers will probably have to run the table to win the AFC West.

Falcons look good. I hope they go far. I like their players and the way they play.
