I hope it snows during the game. I kind of wish we had a grass field. There is nothing cooler in football than playing in the snow and mud and watching the grass get torn up.

Went to Mark's Work Warehouse yesterday and loaded up on thermal gear for the game. I'm tired of freezing my ass off at playoff games. I want to enjoy this year's win.

Grass wouldn't get torn up in this weather. Part of the reason that they went to field turf in the CFL is because it still "gives". Grass basically turns to concrete at these temperatures.

I know that Commonwealth used to have real grass and it was terrible. Watch a grey cup from years back where they played the Als and people were slipping all over the place.

Looks like Montreal will be heading to the Grey Cup. Up 17-0 early in the 1st quarter against the Argos. Not surprising.

The East division is sooo bad. Montreal never has any competition. How the Argos made it this fall is an embarrassment.

Ho hum another Grey Cup with Montreal representing the East. It would be nice for a team in that conference to grow some balls and build a competitive team. Hamilton is close but no team will ever win a big game with Kevin Glenn as a starting QB.

Great to see Montreal sellout. The crowd is amazing. Thanks for coming out TO. No one in the East is even close.

For all the good Barker has done for the Argos, he is an idiot for starting the season with 2 non-experience cfl QBs. The argos with their special teams and defence would be first in the league if they didn't have a piece of crap offense.

Kerry Joseph, printers, even marcus crandell are better QBs than piece of crap Lemon.

umm to be fair though, didn't glenn not play in the playoff game earlier? so that's kind of an invalid point this year.

This game was over very early, but can someone try and rationalize why Barker kicked a FG on 3rd and 4 from the 15 with 2 minutes left in the 3rd quarter and down ~25 points?

I was going to make a post about how he was playing to keep the score close when he was kicking short FGs in the 2nd quarter, but kicking them at the end of the 3rd quarter is accepting defeat. How does he expect his team to compete to the end when his decision making says this game is over?

Wow, it sucks watching the Eastern Final. The difference in this game early in the game was the QB. Lemon is just brutal and I kind of question the play calling in the first half. Lemon was getting harrassed all day and when he's got time to turn, he suck big time. Brutal game.

ok what's with all the pomp and circumstance over the eastern final? i mean why even have a trophy when every team in the conference has a 1 in 4 shot at winning? the Grey Cup i can accept for the most part, because it's a historic trophy and uniquely Canadian. but having victory ceremonies and trophies for a conference final in an 8 team league is just silly

Still believe that?

The CFL is what it is: a bush league. The refs are a joke, the front office is a joke, and the whole league in general is a joke. 6 out of 8 teams make the playoffs and of those 6 teams 2 of them get 3 trophies? What is this soccer for 6 year olds?

What a waste of time. The only reason anyone here gives a crap about the CFL is because were exposed to it so much. If I had a college football team I could drive to see within 4 hours I'd never watch the CFL again and be better off for it. Screw you CFL, you are a destroying a (once) proud legacy.

Ben Archibald wins offensive lineman of the year as well.

We had a awesome team this year, all these awards and not being in the Grey Cup sucks even more.

He wins but talk about getting over another choke job so quickly. He seems so damn happy only weeks after ripping the Eastern media and then sucking vs the Ridres again!

I vote to trade his arse outta here.
