Haha, we're all getting boned in League III. Only 2 wins are vs. the 2 team nonames in my league.
Make sure you choose the right tactics to get goal differential!

Got 2 forwards in the 170s, both 6/6 and one with AQ of 73 or something...though they're not gonna help me win any time soon..:s

Arg lost a 2-1 lead at home with like 30 seconds left...ended up tying, which isn't the end of the world, but a win against a top 8 team would have been nice!

well, I'm stuck in 19th place now after the team I played yesterday plays it's first 6 games on counterattacks and low, then plays offensive and normal against me and wins 3-1..... Arrrgh nothing is going right this season, seriously thinking of blowing up the team and doing a re-build.

Nice nice! I think its time for me to start a shooting camp on the weekends, my shooting stats are very low, and I think it hurt me last game where I outshot them, had a better goalie but still lost 5-1..
Another Question for J (or others); should I upgrade my training facility or sports acadamy to lvl 8 when I get my sponsorship cash next week? Eventually I'll be upgrading both, just wondering which I should do first? Leaning towards training..

I would say training facility first, improving the SA only improves the chances of getting a high OR player, not a higher or lower AvQ, so even if you get a high AvQ player with your lower sports academy, you will at least have a better training facility to improve him faster.

I play Les Dores tomorrow, I lucked out and they are running a training camp right now, probably because they knew they were playing me and thought they could win anyways... Hope I prove them wrong, so far i'm 0-4, 5GF-21 GA on the road, so it's time for a big win!
Also, I have the unfortunate pleasure of having 2 RD injured at once, and only have 4 competent RD anyways, so I have to play with 3 lines tomorrow with a left defender playing on the wrong side :/

I've got a huge stretch of games over the next week - likely the most important stretch of the season as they are all winnable.

Top D-man is out for 11 days, and in Soccer my top striker is down for a week I did however get to the next round of the Nations cup in Soccer, and I think I have a better team than the one I play next!
Chalms and I play on Friday in what could be a battle for 16th!

Big win against the only non managed team in my league today, with my top defenseman finally back from being injured 35 of the last 39 days, he gets 4 assists in the win.
Also selling a good young defenseman that has his deadline tomorrow morning (18 hours from now)
http://hockey.powerplaymanager.com/e...ie-chamberlain
88 defence with 87 quality, pass 45, agg 45, both decent qualities as well, total bundled AvQ is 63.
Also, he's only at 55,000 right now so could be a steal for one of you guys

This is why you sell players on Wednesday (afternoon).
He paid 1 million for a 204 OVR player, who was pretty bad.

I tried bidding on him, and forgot my loan repayment had put me into negative money

Ugh embarrassing game on home ice today as the Flamez get dominated by the Smokies. I guess I'll just stay the course and work on Facilities as I think this season will probably see me demoted automatically.
On the plus side, my Soccer team dominated, and is now the lowest remaining seed in the national cup!

I'm very surprised it wasn't closer! Same boat here, just trying to develop players and not get relegated.

Well nice on Soccer, maybe we will be facing off next week! You're in the top 32 now! For hockey, just keep on playing on low till the halfway point of the season, and then start playing for your life after that and you will start winning a lot of games, might just stay away from relegation if that's your goal.
