Is there a better player in the PL right now than Gareth Bale?

Bale was a beast again, Modric completely controlled the match in midfield though I think he was motm

most hilarious thing I saw today though was flipping over the Man City game during a break in Spurs and seeing Mancini take off Tevez for Gareth Barry in a 0-0 game with 10 minutes left and the fans chanting "you don't know what the f%$# you're doing"

I don't know how much longer the Man City's owners are going to put up with those types of decisions/tactics. He's way too cautious and his man management skills are questionable. Mark Hughes lasted 17 matches. Sven lasted a single season. There is talent on that squad but maybe the ultra-conservative Italian approach isn't what is required at Eastlands.

I wonder what FA officials are planning to do if West Ham gets relegated this year. Millwall and West Ham in the Championship would be ######ed.

ya unless they go on a good run in the next month I don't think he is there in January

he hasn't adapted to the game from italy, Ancelotti took about a month to realize it's a different league and look at the way chelsea play now, they are the most aggressive attacking team in the league

Man City are the most expensive football team ever put together but they have no imagination outside of Johnson (who although he did start today doesn't usually) and Tevez

they play 3 DM's most games and Nono Toure is looking like a massive flop

ya them playing twice a year would lead to about two full scale riots a year in East London

Outside of that cup tie a year or so ago, there hasn't much in the way of problems in the past decade. Those matches have a massive police presence, but I don't know why it got out of hand at that cup tie. If there are fights it is usually somewhere in Poplar or Tower Hamlets.

Anelka to score around the 88 min mark. Drogba 4 minutes into extra time to rescue the point. I've seen that happen to too many sides.

I sure hope I'm wrong though. Would love to see chris yk on here gloating about a famous win!

ya that would be the norm, but I don't see it today

this Chelsea midfield doesn't offer much in creativity, so unless Drogba or Anelka do it alone they don't look likely to score to me

3-0 SunderlandHAHAHA.

Chelsea, was 8 points clear of Arsenal a few weeks back and is now only 2 points up. The gooners are right back in it.

hahahah... well I'm watching the replay now and still can't believe it, just totally dominating Chelsea, Onuoha's goal was one of the nicest I've seen this year, and all this without Bent.. I feel bad though I talked my roommate out of picking a Sunderland win on proline yesterday haha
