She's not ugly. She's internet ugly, which is about average to above-average in real life. Also, she's only cute with an obviously ugly personality, so that downgrades her immensely.

If I had a choice between getting in crap from the wife for looking at pictures of women on threads on CP, this would not be the thread I would choose to do so in. However, if I was sitting on the bus or walking down the street, I might take a second look, depending on what range of those pictures was realistic.

The Facebook pictures range from downright scary to pretty good, which isn't abnormal in life. Pretty much everyone without the benefit of an airbrush and Photoshop skills has some bad pictures of themselves floating around somewhere. I know I have some bad pictures of me, but then again, I don't have a lawsuit against someone that hinges on the fact that I am attractive.

Keep in mind though, a lot of people go through great lengths to make sure their Facebook pics depict them in the best light possible. Most girls will not put up a photo of themselves if they are only looking average. What you see with those photos is probably about as good as that girl will ever look....find the ugliest photo she put up on Facebook, and that's probably the closest thing to reality.

That is called a CELL phone, it's a tool that humans use to talk with other people, or send messages in codes with out talking.

Believe me, the pictures I put up flatter her. I literally had to go through hundreds of pics just to find a couple good ones.

I think after the thread title and the lawsuit claim of her being some super attractive girl people were expecting a little better than her average looks. Maybe the expectations were high from the start, but she's nothing special and is internet ugly.

I would still let her sit on my nose though.

She's the one who filed a lawsuit based at least partially on the fact that she is so incredibly good-looking.

“The nightclub would invite, encourage and permit physically attractive invitees, and in particular ... the plaintiff, to dance in order to promote liquor sales and a general feeling of fun and festivity,” states her lawsuit.

She is basically claiming that not only is she very attractive, but she was singled out because she is so much more attractive than the other patrons in the club that night.

This thread is no different than if someone were criticizing the contestants in a beauty pageant. Once you put yourself in the public eye proclaiming your own beauty, people are going to pick out your faults.

Is she better looking than a significant number of women in the world at-large? Sure.

Do you really think she was in the top 10% of the women at the Roadhouse on Halloween two years ago?
