Actually Pagal, almost everyone seems to be thinking this is the week Indy will lose. I guess they lost their last game in Cincy but Indy's never had a d like this before.

CHICAGO BEATING CAROLINA......such an odd day.

The Bengals might have won if not for some questionable coaching decisions.
Down by 8 midway through the 4th quarter they had a 4th and one deep in Colts territory. They SHOULD have kicked the field goal but instead took a timeout and decided to go for it.
OK, questionable, but not totally stupid. But if you're going to go for it on 4th and one, don't pitch the ball 5 yards behind the line of scrimmage and run your back to the short side of the field.
Collossally stupid.
Then Dungy reciprocated by throwing 3 straight incomplete passes and punting back to Cincy. The Colts could've put the game away right there by running the damn ball.
Frustrating stuff to watch!
But I had to watch since CBS dropped the Broncos/Jets game for that game with more than a quarter left.
Carolina losing didn't surprise me. Arizona winning in St. Louis did.

Yeah, I never would have thought Arizona would walk into St.Louis and win. But than again it is where Kurt Warner played his best football, and no doubt he was jacked up for that game. Chiefs were looking good until Eddie Kennison flubs one and lets Houston back in the game. Man do the Chiefs have a rough schedule to end the season. I wouldn't be surprised to see them end up 6-10 if they do hold on tonight.
Right now you have to think
Indianapolis, Denver, and New England have won their divisions. Cinci and Pittsburgh should battle it out for the NFC North with the loser taking one wild card spot. That leaves Jacksonville and their push over schedule going against San Deigo for the other spot.
In the NFC Seattle, and Chicago should win their divisions. New York and Dallas will battle it out in the East. The South is back up for grabs now with Carolina, Tampa Bay, and Atlanta all still in contention. So that leaves one of those two and one of the teams for the East fighting it out for the last Wild card spot.

St. Louis really shot themselves in the foot and for the second time this season. Division losses to two of the weakest teams in the entire league. Week 1 to Frisco and now Week 11 to Arizona. Turn those into wins and they are sitting at 6-4 with a shot at a wildcard. They've singlehandedly eliminated half of the people in our pool in survivor.
An extremely tough week to call. I had 6 games seriously in question. One is the Monday nighter but of the other 5, I managed to get 1 of them right. Tampa. Miami, Carolina, Pittsburgh and Washington all the bed in Week 11.
Ah crap, I just looked at next week's schedule. It's even worse.

What a dominating first half that was by the Colts offense. They can win any type of game, low scoring pounding the ball on the ground or a shootout.

I'm interested to see them go up against a team with a really good defense and a decent offense. I guess that would be Pittsburgh, but that's only if Roethelisberger is playing.
Otherwise, they won't see anything like that until the playoffs. Maybe San Diego, but I don't think their defense is great either.

Wouldn't the Chargers and Seahawks both fall under that? And if not, who the heck in the AFC falls under that catergory besides the Steelers with Big Ben?
And in your post you said a "decent defense" then that SD's isn't that great. So you want a great defense and great offense?!

Well, I don't know what I was trying to say.
I guess I still don't think they've played a complete team.
Pittsburgh is a different team without Roethelisberger. So if he doesn't play, I can't say they got Pittsburgh's best game.
I think San Diego is a lot like Cincinatti actually. Seattles defense is kind of iffy as well.
I think Denver is probably the most balanced team in the AFC not from the state of Indiana.
As I've said before, the Colts can't control the schedule or opposition injuries. I won't punish them for it. But it makes it hard for me to gauge how good they really are. Offensively, they are undeniably brilliant. I'm not sold on their defense though.
That said, I'm still not sold on the Broncos as a division winner despite my undying love for them. They've played the bulk of their schedule at home and have had trouble putting teams away, although the Giants are the only one of those teams to actually steal a win in that scenario. Their remaining schedule is tough. The home games should be fine, Baltimore and Oakland....but they still have to play in Dallas, Buffalo, Kansas City and San Diego. That's scary.
BTW...you had it backwareds, I said really good defense and decent offense. I think San Diego and Seattle are the opposite of that. They have really good offenses and decent defenses.

Let me ask you this, Dis. Do you think Dallas, as inconsistent as they've been, at home or not, can win 4 in a row this year? I'm betting against it.

Have they won 3 in a row going in to this game?
Man, you bring up a good point.

Two of those three were against 3-7 Arizona and 4-6 Detroit. The other against a bruised, battered and beaten Eagles squad who had them beat for 57 minutes and inexplicably are still throwing with a lead late. Me thinks Dallas' luck of facing crap teams and dumb coaches has come to a screeching halt! Happy Thanksgiving Day to the habitants of the city of Denver, Col.
