Default CFL Division Finals

MTL 33, TOR 17

Damon Allen continues his streaky ways, having a horrible game...turnovers galore after leading at the half. Very reminicent of last week's Western Semi-Final . Credit to Montreal...came out blitzing, and really mixed things up on offence. Canadian Running Back Eric Lapointe having a monster game with 3 TDs.

BC vs Edmonton

Currently 7-3 for Edmonton. Go Lions!!!

I guess the ball wasn't thrown yet? I think it was a gift, personally. Simon shouldn't have given up...maybe he would have gotten a favorable call that way?

Either way, if you have to go for it all on the final play of the game, you probably don't deserve to win.

Questionable call at the end there. It did look like Simon was tugged a little by the Eskimo defender.

Regardless, they have to start Jason Maas I would think on Sunday.

The team just looks so much more confident with him at QB.

Eskimos vs. Montreal......

My early prediction is Edmonton 34-32 on a last minute Flemming field goal.

I do agree, Simon should NOT have given up, could have at least TRIED for the ball. But that should have been called PI.....I mean you can't run a pick and roll play in football on defense.

Illegal Contact on and Eligible Receiver...not PI since the ball wasn't catchable . I need to give you lessons on the CFL...you'll teach me on the NFL, mmkay?

Still, was questionable, and something BC fans will be harping on this off season...and me too, because I hate Edmonton.

I hate Montreal too.

I'll probably cheer for MTL next week though because Ben Cahoon is t3h man

My boss is an Edmonton fan. I don't want to be hearing him brag about this all winter. Please God, let Montreal crush them. CRUSH THEM BAD!!!!

Was I the only one who watched the West Final and constantly had these 2 thoughts running through my head?

1) The Stamps should be here, and pounding that mediocre Lions team.
2) What's the odds of the Russians nuking BC Place while the game was on?

I really believe that the Esks have already promised Maas to Hamilton next year (as fair value for Davis), and now they're in a crappy situation because if they win with Maas, the fans are going to be ****ed when he gets traded in the off-season. They're desperately hoping Ray turns it around so that nobody cares when they lose Maas.

Ray's starting.

Go with what works...Ray keeps them in it, Maas out of the bullpen to finish the job
