When I had a press pass, I got to get into museums for free. That's about it. Definitely no 250k stocks here.

I'm in Telco in Calgary.
My lprevious company had a gym, free underground parking, basketball court, a park, daycare, ball hockey tournament regularly, a games room (just foosball, table hockey, and darts), and starbucks.
My current company, bad coffee and no privacy.

That actually describes most of my job, just need to add 4-hours of CP daily to your list.
And I have seen both sides of these kind of things in the past. Worked on the IPO of this one in 2005 but received no BW's. $1.70 -> $25 in 12 months, now at $0.66.

If you are accredited we could've put you into it a year ago at $0.37.

They gave everyone an Xbox 360 slim and a Kinect last week. I took the cash instead and used it for hockey registration. Last year I kept the PS3. The year before I kept the Wii.
Free arcade machines in the lobby. Currently King of Fighters and SNK arcade classics. I'd like to get a bubble hockey machine out there.
Free soda machine, coffee. Today was free lunch if you signed up to donate blood.
We have monthly movie days. Each month we show a movie at lunchtime and co. brings in food for everyone.
Birthday parties each month. If it's your birthday, you get a card signed by everyone in the company and a best buy gift card. Everyone gets cake.
Royalty sharing (last project was $2000).
No defined hours (I can play noon hour shinny a couple times a week if I want). If you stay past 6pm you get free dinner.
Co. matches employee's 401K contributions. No max. Free life insurance, and extensively subsidized health insurance.
Nice big cash Christmas bonus delivered in person by the president of the company.
We're a video game company, so the biggest perk is probably that everyone who works here has pretty much always wanted to work here. No dead weight.
Frankly - I have the greatest job on earth, and unless you're making high six figures, you'll never convince me otherwise!

As an employer, there are some fantastic ideas in this thread. I'll definitely be implementing a few of these!
