Saddledome Will Call Window

Looking for some help finding out where the Box Office Will Call window is located in the 'Dome

Ony been to the 'Dome a couple of times, and I have no clue where the Box Office even is. Soem help with this would be great. Thanks.

It's on the north side of the building, by the tiered parking lot.

On Tuesday when I was getting tickets I drove right up. Just told the parking gal that I was just picking up tickets, and I was allowed to park right in front.

You can also pick them up at the main ticket office at the West Entrance (ie, on the +15 level)

I realize I am bumping massively old thread but it came up in a google search so I guess it's better than starting a new thread.

A friend of mine is meeting me at the dome tomorrow for the game. However she will be a few minutes late and I have no way of getting the ticket to her before the game. Now, being the flames fan that I am, and horrible friend apparently, I do not want to have to get up from my seat and miss some of the game to bring her the ticket when she arrives.

I know there is a will call window at the west entrance (by the bridge to the ctrain). My question is: will they let me leave a ticket there for her to pick up when she arrives? Or should I leave it at the ticket office just outside the entrance to the avison young club.

I've looked at the website but the only thing that I have found regarding will call tickets speaks to prepurchased online tickets. Any help would be appreciated.

You can probably leave the ticket at concierge, at the club entrance by the main ticket office/will call. Put your friends name on it, snd Liz, the awesome woman at the desk will probably be able to help you out.

I guess I don't think Ken King should be a "catch all" for general questions. Yes, he is great at responding to people- but this seems to be something more suited for customer service.

I would call 777-4646 first and see what they say. The other option FFR- can you email this ticket to the person coming?

You can give the ticket to the attendants at the west enterance for someone to pick up at will call, (they will give you a slip to fill in for who the ticket is being left by/for and date of event) but they will tell you that the ticket is then sent to the main ticket office, which is the one by the avison young club enterance.
I have done this many many times.
