Pork (so cheap.. so good for everymeal of the day)

Scotch Seared Elk Tenderloin Medallions coated with a copious amount of Redneck Pepper.
That, right there is as close to heaven as one can get.
Of course my home smoked deer/elk/moose garlic sausage and pepperoni is a close second.
