Meat
Favourites?
With the majority on here from Alberta I expect to hear a lot about the beef, but for me I think my favourite is chicken.

It's not about what kind of meat, it's about where you can put it.

Don't really see it on a lot of menus, but I love Beef Wellington.
That or just a nice cut of Alberta Beef....can't be beat.

Mom's roast beef with yorkshire puddings and roast potatoes. Mmmm, yum. Sure wish I lived closer.
My favourite for me cookin' is a big 'ole steak for sure, but since I'm eating alot healthier these days, chicken breast wins out more often than not. Steak went from being a staple to a treat....oh well.

Most people hate, or at least do not like Venison. It's tolerable but I prefer almost any other game. (except bear) Smoked Cougar hams are apparently very good. ?
We are only suposed to eat a 2.5 oz serving of meat 2-3 times a day.
