Huh? There's a couple- expensive but close: Map Link

In Phoenix you need to rent a car; we stayed in the west part of Phoenix and got hotels for around $80 per night. No extra charge for the cockroach.

I'm going with 5 people. Are there any bars that drive you down or anything like that? Like Hooters (I think) does in Calgary.

like I said, no hotels in the area for that weekend. There are 7 bars across the way from Jobing. Margharitaville is a blast, and there is a piano bar close too.

All the places listed below are within 100 ft of the front doors of Jobing

Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville

Margaritaville, Glendale is open 11am to 1am Sunday through Thursday and until 2am on Friday and Saturday nights. The Smuggler's Hold, a great little store for Margaritaville goodies, opens at 10am each day and closes at 1am. Margaritaville is suitable for families and is only restricted to the over 21 crowd 11pm and after

Saddle Ranch Chop House

This site has been dong lower bowl tickets for $10 the past few games:

http://www.viagogo.com/Exclusive-Tic...lusive-Tickets

If their attendance trends continue you might score a pretty sweet deal.

Sound's like fun! I just spent a month in Phoenix (Goodyear actually). Unfortunately, I won't be back there until the beginning of December. I just had to get a taste of the cold weather up here in Alberta

Anyway, I'm going to try and get to a game next time I'm down. Jobbing.com arena is only about 15 minutes from my place down there.

Just finished all the booking bit! Fly out on the Friday 12th and back to Calgary on the Saturday. Staying walking distance away at SpringHill Suites and have tickets in Section 105. Woo Hoo! Hope to meet some Cal Puckers whilst we are there.

On a side, and very cool note, a friend of mine bumped into Cory Sarich today. He asked her what number she wears on her jersey so she told him that whilst she had a Phaneuf jersey she has a very good friend (me!) who wears a No 6. He phoned me up !!!!! but unfortunately my cell was upstairs in my purse and I didn't hear it ringing. Dang and blast it. But was a really nice guy, anyway.

ya make sure you get to the arena early as it is an AWESOME place to drink/eat/hangout before the game. It can get pretty packed though, last year during the flames game most bars had a lineup an hour before game time.

Go here after the game and you will probably see some Flames players, coaches and some of the television crew down there.

We went last October and saw Regehr, and the entire PPV brodcast team. Apparently Bourque, Backlund, Moss, etc. were there as well, but they left by the time we clued in to what was going on.

We stayed at a hotel that was a 2 minute walk from the complex, but I'm sure it's booked solid by now. Don't recall what it was called though.

Looks like that would have been my venue of choice even before your post as they have an amazing selection of vegetarian food on the menu!

Yes! We always head down there to Tia Rosa, our main Mexican place in Phoenix. Great Fajitas/Margs and a nice patio at the back we usually sit at.

I am going down for 10 days or so in November and will be at the game in section 113. My restaurant suggestion for the area around the arena is Gordon Biersch--those garlic fries are awesome.

Sorry for the bump and I know this should go into ticket exchange, but....
Just had a death in the family and am flying back to yyc and am going to miss the game in Phoenix Friday. Looking to sell the seats if possible would like to get $80 for the pair if possible, worth 170ish. Sect 113 row H, worth $80 each plus fees & taxes.

I can email them for anyone interested. Will consider any offers.
