[QUOTE=MrMastodonFarm;2734527]Ghostbusters 2 did not suck!

It was not as good as the first one, but that's kidna a hard movie to live up to. It still had some amazingly funny moments:

"My laundry isn't clean or dirty, it has many subtle levels. See this *sniff* just hang it outside for ten minutes its perfect."

Venkman when being asked to put Oscar down (to sleep) "You're short, your belly-button sticks out too far, and you're a terrible burden on your poor mother!"

"You don't...sleep with the ooze, do you?....It's always the quiet ones..."

And this scene is but gustingly funny.

fyp.

Quote:
I see your scene and raise you Bobby Brown, a beaten Whitney Huston, the soundtrack, and this scene:
That song, and Bobby Brown, kick serious @$$. I love that tune.

Let's animate the statue of liberty... When your movie ends on this ridiculous premise it is awful.

Yes the jokes were well delivered thanks to comic talent but this is a forgettable movie because you end up leaving the theater cheated because of the stupid denouement.
Making the statue of liberty walk down the street like that was awesome. The first movie was better, but the second was a worthy sequel! The only thing that was lacking was the art gallery curator guy that Vigo possessed. He was annoying.

Whatever, still far too young to release the memoirs of a marginally succesful comedian.

Justin Bieber disagrees with you Locke.

Ghostbusters 2 was horrible, I can watch the first 100 times before I watch the second one, although I did watch the sequel the other day cause it was on HDNet. There's something about older movies that I need to see them in HD, no matter how craptasticular they are.

He is more than free to do so. I'll even let him know exactly how much his opinion matters to me.

The rumour mill surrounding the anticipated comedy horror sequel 'Ghostbusters 3' is, as expected, currently in overdrive. You can't go anywhere at the minute without at least someone speculating as to who they think will join the cast. Well one man who knows better than most would be co-writer and star Dan Aykroyd. He appeared on radio station WGN Radio Chicago and he's been trying to clear things up. They are "open to finding some fresh faces" but also stated that two names flung around, Bill Hader ('Superbad', 'Paul') and the stunningly gorgeous Anna Faris (below) ('Scary Movie', 'The House Bunny'), are "strong possibilities"! Even Eliza Dushku's name popped up once again. Exciting stuff! Original stars Sigourney Weaver and the twisted arm of Bill Murray will both return, and Ivan Reitman is back in the helmer's seat.

LOS ANGELES (TheWrap.com) - Get ready for the Stay-Puft Marshmallow Man.

"Ghostbusters" is coming back to movie theaters for three Thursdays in October.

On October 13, 20 and 27, the movie will be on about 500 big screens nationwide, Sony Pictures Entertainment announced Thursday.

Has Bill Murray agreed to do Ghostbusters 3? I don't think it can fly without his involvement.

I think it's been like that for a while, I wouldn't take what IMDB lists as gospel.
