Sonic is the worst fast food there is besides Carl's Jr. Be glad you do not have this trash up north.

i just mowed down some jack in the box. the burgers are like costco burgers, not impressive. sonic was like a greasy burger you get at a hole in the wall. loved it.

oh and get this.. there's just cherry coke.. everywhere.. freely available to purchase. america. land of the free.

in all seriousness i loved sonic, didnt care for jack in the box. jacks fries were great. i havent had carls yet, or churchs. it seems like there's a churchs chicken and a waffle hosue every 3 blocks tho, in tennessee

according to their website, there is no in and out anywhere near TN. tomorrow im going to germantown comissary in memphis for pulled pork (its tennessee famous apparently).

They only have good shakes/malts. Other than that they are horrible.

I was in Great Falls last year when the City basically shut down for the opening of their first Sonic drive through. You actually had to park 3 blocks away, wait in a giant line and get a special pass to be able to enter the actual drive through.

We waited a couple days for the hype to pass and thank God we did, it was brutal food.

Their drinks are so good! Nothing quite like it that we have in Canada. I was in Spokane for the may long weekend and must have stopped there 3-4 times for there slush drinks they have! Never actually tried their food though.

Everytime I see a Sonic when I'm in the States, I always think:


Because the logo, the atmosphere, and even some of the menu items are ripped right out of the character trademark.

Yet, officially, the character and the fast-food franchise are completely unrelated.

EDIT: Now having read over the Sonic Drive-In wikipedia entry, I'm beginning to doubt my originally perceived origins of some of the hedgehog's character trademarks...
