The Rokkers managed to pull of a decisive vicotry today beating Junior's Strength 6-1. Off to his barn for game #2. Hopefully I get through this round in 2, my players can use the rest.

I see I'm playing chalms tomorrow in a friendly. I'm playing the same line-up as I did for my placement game today since 14 players are at training camp so we will see how his team fares against my 'other guys'!

Gotta rest the boys for the finals! 
Debating playing on normal next game just in case les Castors change up their tactics... or I could stay on low and potentially get another home game. An extra $600k from a sold-out Cominco Arena miiiiight be worth the risk.

Won 5-3. Off to the league final now.
He panicked big time and changed his tactics to active/high, but it wasn't enough.
I'm likely favored to win it all now.

Forgot to change my tactics from my friendly vs J, resulting in a 3-2 loss to les Castors.
Les Castors switched it up to Normal/Offensive like I figured they would, so I guess I got my wish for a 2nd home game this series, lol.

Ya I'm going to game 3 too after a 4-2 loss. He switched to Normal, which he was using most of the year. My guess is he stays at normal for game 3 which should work in my favour! Hoping to pull off game 3 at home (and the extra cash is nice too hehe).

Off to the League Finals fo the Rokkers to dance with the Chinooks. Which I will likely loose but at last I made it this far. The influx o cash will be nice, I can use a couple of facility upgrades.

Flamez squeak out a 4-3 win to advance to the finals! Down 4-1 late, The Caps made it close but couldn't complete the comeback. Awaiting to see if we'll play the Smokies or the Castors in the finals...
Edit: Smokies win 4-0. Looks like it'll be us in the finals  I'll probably do a Flamez preview later on sometime.

The Calgary Flamez come into a sold-out Cominco Arena and steal the first game of the league finals 3-1.
Flamez took an early lead in the first on the PP, and held it until the middle of the second, when the Smokies tied it up at even strength. The game remained tied until the 8:00 mark in the third when the Flamez struck again. The envelope was sealed with a last minute marker by the Flamez.
Flamez goaltender Ján Farkaš stood on his head, getting a well deserved second star.
Game 2 goes tomorrow in The Backyard.

Wow, didn't get a chance to preview things but I certainly didn't expect this. I was thinking I'd be lucky to push it to 3 games considering I've played on high for the past few games and my energy must be lower.
Flamez will try to close out the series tomorrow at home, but are ready for a tough battle as the Smokies face elimination!

I think the top team qualifies to the next div automatically. The 2nd place team plays a bottom team from the upper div. For us it'll probably be a no name, so should be automatic.

Not happy at all.
Buddy changed tactics for the first time in about 20 games, so I didn't win the tactics war (it was a push), so Counter vs. Defensive.
However, I still managed to outshoot him 26-16 and outclass him in every single statistical category on paper.
Lost the game 2-0.
Granted, it is back in my barn now, so hopefully, I can win this next game.
