Still too many shots against, we will need to correct this issue to give Backstrom some rest.

Giguere gets his first start and its a close game with the Sabres falling to Les Habs in OT. The 3rd line of Lucic, Fedorov and Lupul continues to get it done at key time for Buffalo. Green continues to lead the way offensively but hamper the team defensively. Another shootout with about 80 shots on goal between the 2 clubs.

Flames with a much better effort vs the Jackets. Cam Ward rebounded with 31 saves.

Big win by the Bolts over the Devils. Cheechoo netting 2 goals showing us a flashback of his NHL self of 4 years ago. Good effort in Net from Theodore as well stopping 29 of 31 shots coming his way.

I figured I was gonna be in tough against the Wild, but a one goal game is okay. My first line definitely has to be better. Another assist for Gagne!

Well I don't like the loss, but it's good to see Versteeg and Jokinen have some chemistry, being 2 of the top 3 scorers so far

Always nice to get the 2 points against the Caps no matter how they come! Another goal for AO is a nice sign as well.

Finally get a win as the line shakeups wake up our scoring. However we were outshot 39-31 so will be looking to fix the D soon.

Ugh...we get our first win of the year but man we are letting so many shots on net. Toews had a solid game...a bit concerned about Nash and gaborik. Not going to stick around all that much longer if they continue to suck the hind tit.

Well glad to finally get our 2nd game in. Sam Gagner continues to play really well. Not getting a lot of the top guys right now though. That is a bit of a concern.

Ouch that Upshall's out for 2 months. That's insult on top of injury....

Nice to get a win on the road against Philly with the back-up in net. Still suprised at the fatigue level of the goalies since two games in a row my goalies lost 2 on the CON

I was a little concerned about my goalie after he went from 100 to 97 after a game where he faced almost 50 shots, but I left him in for the next game and he only faced 20 something, and it went back up to 98 or 99. It seems the amount of shots faced plays a big part in it.
