Say if I responded to your post by saying you sound like a woman. It's irrelevant, prejudiced and stupid.

Just because you disagree or dislike the women on the show, doesn't mean anything said about them is fair game.
How is it misogynistic though?

Seems more like people being a-holes in your mind rather than them being anti-women. People have made plenty of comments about dudes being "women" on this site without it being referred as sexist.

Walking away from a conversation, meaning not giving the other person any credibility because what they're saying is so bad, isn't a bad thing. Neither is walking away if you are getting too emotional; better to walk away than say something even worse.

When your show is based on you interviewing people it is pretty bad. Especially when the person is saying exactly what you would expect them to say.

Read the thread title, if you still don't get it that's as much as I can help.

But it wasn't made because they were women it was made because of their personalities.

if they were men a similar title making fun of them would likely have been made as well.

If it was misogynistic it would have to have been done because they were women not because they are stupid.

Very true. Just saying there are reasons that walking away can be good.

I have seem some interviews with O'Reilly where he's not that bad.

You're way too sensitive about this stuff. It's like you're begging FireFly to thank your post.

You can't understand my point.

It is of no importance whether you think the women are morons, the fact that gender was brought in makes it misogynistic.

It's a really lame joke and it's about time people started making fun of the View for reasons other than the gender of all the hosts.

I don't agree that just making fun of someone because they are a women makes it misogynistic. The gender issue was just an easy wording to make fun of them but the fact that they are women had nothing to do with the fact that they were made fun of.

True, in much the same way that anyone who isn't a moron can see that a Christian church built in Oklahoma City is affront to common decency.

In related news, Bill yammers on about his "70% of Americans don't want it" number (true or not) -- it would be interesting to know how the people who actually live in Manhattan feel about it.

Should the fine people of Podunk, Alabraskho really have a say in the matter?

That being said, does anyone know if this hypothetical mosque has to pay what must be wicked taxes on this piece of real estate? Hopefully.

The two hosts in question have a long history of being loud, abrasive, and stubborn. Choosing to describe them as males was meant to point this out... To think it has something to with their physical appearance is nonsense. As a contrast to these two, Oprah(who conducts very good interviews in a fairly similar format) is polite, respectful, intelligent, yet assertive, and I would put her miles above the hosts on The View. Of course, it is wrong in our day to praise women for having very feminine qualities, and point out women who seem to be more brutish and anything but eloquent.

Cue the 'get out of the 50s' posts.

Oh so you were praising women. I gotcha.

I'd consider walking away as not lending credibility to Bill's brand of hate mongering. How do you carry on a debate with someone spewing hate?

Huh? That tangent statement was completely isolated to my most recent post and had no relationship to remarks in the OP.

Regardless, I can see now that every comment will just be met with a sassy remark, so I'll just leave it at that. Sorry if you were offended.

Don't invite them to come on your talk show where you will interview them and their whole schtick is to do exactly what he did.

Plus, it isn't like Goldberg or Behar throw out any wonderful thoughts/opinions of their own.

For the third time, you fail to understand my point.

Bill O'Reilly is out of touch and has no idea how most of the 9/11 families are offended by the mosque (which is not actually a mosque)....when they are actually more concerned with health care costs and many are still pursuing 9/11 truth...

What a pinhead.
And who takes The-View so seriously anyways? God first Obama now this guy??

Leave the spolied hens to squabble about their latest spa treatment, stay out of politics and the like ladies...
