I'm always been reminded of this story, I've probably told it here before.

Paolo Maldini's first ever cap for Italy was against Yugoslavia in Zagreb in 1987. As a 17 year old he was expecting a hostile crowd. It was hostile alright, but against the home side and everyone was cheering for Italy. He didn't know why.

Then a few years later, he learned why. Zagreb is in Croatia and they were all anti-Yugoslavia because most of the team were Serbs.

I have a feeling this young Italan side now has similar memories and confusion about that region of the world. However this game is in Italy so it's going to be interesting how UEFA handles this.

Its not that, its that the ball movement is so slow and predictable.

Shame Mirko Vucinic got injured before this Montenegro - England game, would have been interesting to see how he did against them. England looking a bit better now but still not great with less than half an hour left.

Ditto, that was well done by the ref. Tight angle but he got it spot on.

England are getting to the point where they feel the need a penalty to get anything done.

England actually had a decent flurry there, Rooney finally sticking in and a great volley by Gerrard.

SWP will save the day! Isnt he like a City third stringer now? How does he still get England calls?

the thing that makes no sense is he plays more than Johnson does for City

he must have incriminating picture of Capello, Mancini, and the Arabs who own Man City

Thats weird. I dont watch City matches if I can help it because I hate them, but I was under the impression that Adam Johnson was really making a name for himself this season.

Then again, no one plays all that much for City other than Hart and Tevez. Mancini will be likely earn the title Mix-Master and pry it away from Mike Keenan.

OH! Montenegro hits the bar! England was just about losing there!! Wow.

He definitely is making a name for himself but he usually has to do it off the bench, he's only started 3 games in the Premier League and those were against the likes of West Brom and Sunderland.. I have no idea how SWP starts ahead of him

Gotta love Serbs.

"The Euro 2012 qualifier between Italy and Serbia in Genoa was abandoned after Serbia fans continued to throw flares on to the pitch and light fireworks."

How are you guys watching all the games?

Is there a site that streams them? I'm guessing if so, it can't be discussed on this board.
