Not sure what triggered the brouhaha at the end of the Stamps - Lions game, but Nik Lewis was right in the middle of it...

The coach had put together the perfect team for the Saskatchewan Roughriders The only thing that was missing was a good quarterback. He had scouted all the colleges and even the US and European Leagues, but he couldn't find a ringer who could ensure a Grey Cup win.

Then one night while watching CNN he saw a war-zone scene in Afghanistan . In one corner of the background, he spotted a young Afghan Muslim soldier with a truly incredible arm. He threw a hand-grenade straight into a 15th story window 100 yards away.

KABOOM!

Then he threw another at a passing car going 90 mph.

BULLS-EYE!

"I've got to get this guy!" Coach said to himself. "He has the perfect arm!"

So, he brings him to the Canada and teaches him the great game of football. And the Riders go on to win the Grey Cup.

The young Afghan is hailed as the great hero of football, and when the coach asks him what he wants, all the young man wants is to call his mother.

"Mom," he says into the phone, "I just won the Grey Cup!"

"I don't want to talk to you, the old Muslim woman says."You are not my son!"

"I don't think you understand, Mother," the young man pleads. "I've won the greatest sporting event in Canada . I'm here among thousands of my adoring fans."

"No! Let me tell you!" his mother retorts. "At this very moment, there are gunshots all around us. The neighborhood is a pile of rubble. Your two brothers were beaten within an inch of their lives last week, and I have to keep your sister in the house so she doesn’t get raped!" The old lady pauses, and then tearfully says,

"I will never forgive you for making us move to Regina !!”

I heard Davis Sanchez as usual was mouthing off the Stamps' bench all night. So when the two trash-talkers got together at the end, of couse something will come out of it. Like I mentioned before I despised Davis Sanchez even when he was play for Stampeders.

Haha. It's real too. A friend of mine who lives in Regina sent me this photo from his seats during the game a couple of weeks ago. Apparently a whole group of girls had tshirts made.

Uploaded with ImageShack.us

Burris was at a party and did it on a dare. I wasnt even sure if the chicks who had the shirts made were Stamps fans or Rider fans.

If that chick asked me to put on a bra, I would do it too. She looks pretty smokin. But then again, i'm not married.

Dalton Bell will start this Saturday.

Quote:
It’s believed, though, that Barker was going to make the change even if Lemon had not been hurt.

The Argos’ offence is the worst in the Canadian Football League and Lemon, though he has not been totally out of place, has not got into a rhythm.

Toronto, which plays host to the Saskatchewan Roughriders on Saturday in the first game of a home-and-home set between the clubs, has failed to score anything more than 17 points in its past five games. Four of those games have been losses.

To win the Grey Cup, CGY will have to find away to beat SASK once in Regina (either in the reg season or western final).

Please, are you saying the guy can't play around and have fun? It's not really any business of mine what Henry does in his spare time. Maybe his wife is into that kind of stuff. Maybe she was the one who took the picture. Who are we to judge?

I tell you what, if you look at all the Facebook pictures I untagged of myself, I'm sure you could find some of me at a party in a similarly precarious position.

And I reiterate, that chick is smoking hot, if the bet was Henry puts a bra on and she takes her shirt off, I don't blame him one bit for that.
