Not to sure whats up with that. If it happens again and you see a pattern in the type of teams we've played when this occurs, post the club name, result, and time of game completion.

Another new tuner update to try and remove figure skating forwards from the game.
This should be out Wednesday
Adjustment highlights:
-Increase maximum speed when hustling (L3).
-Easier to generate/maintain speed doing forward crossover turns.
-Decrease goalie acceleration.
-Increase chance of penalty when a stick lift breaks a stick.
-Decrease chance of stick lift causing a dropped stick.
-Increase to slap shot power
-Increase non-puck carrier acceleration and agility and decrease puck carrier acceleration and agility.
-Weaken shots in certain situations that were leading to goals with too high a frequency when cutting across the middle of the ice.
-Increase chance of losing balance when carrying the puck (Versus, OTP/EASHL and HUT only).
-Increase chance of losing the puck when deking or turning sharply (Versus, OTP/EASHL and HUT only).
-Increase chance of tripping on a poke check (undoing previous change that affected online and HUT modes online).
The changes that affect offline games are contained in tuning version V1.03. You can opt not to use them by switching to V1.02.
The main objectives of the update are to reduce the amount of solo skating and tune scoring balance. The "losing an edge" animation where the player falls down that was rarely seen previously will now happen more often, in particular when a player does a lot of sharp turns with the puck and is getting bumped by opposing players. Almost all stick lifts that break the stick will result in a penalty.
***I personally am a big fan of this update because I am very for the game to go to a more pass first vs 1 man team play style. I think the core group of guys have great puck movement and will benefit from this tuner greatly***

A very disheartening Update for those looking for equality.
Several teams are supposedly now using a boost glitch. Yes its possibly back again this year.
Long story short it makes players be able to hit high 90's in athletics.... 95+ in all categories.

It involves stacking boosts.
Example +15 instead of the normal +9 thats available.
I am almost thinking its better to have everyone know to even the field that way.

It was brought up on the EA forums and seems like it has got some attention so hopefully it will be short lived.

This club is first and foremost for flames fans. I noticed you only joined today and your only post is in this thread. While it's great you show interest in our eashl team it's kinda hard to accept new members that aren't regular forum members. Maybe if you contribute a bit with posts that can change but for now, sorry we're gonna have to decline.

Well after 4 periods of play so far I've already been called a glitchbitch see-you-next-tuesday. No lag at all this year so I'll probably play more.

This max of 6 players thing is fataing lame. Now we have guys just jumping into games and taking spots from guys who are already playing. We have too damn many guys on this team

The activity is very active still for this team after a few weeks. It'll be interesting if this still once the regular season starts.
If we still get a lot of people sitting out frequently each night, we might have to consider making another team. However I afraid that won't really work and will just end up hurting the activity for one of the clubs leading to less games played for everyone. I know some people prefer to play with people they're used to playing with, particularly the core and most active players, so they would prefer to stick on one club.

I don't blame the guys...it's just frustrating when you have 11 guys on and 6 spots. No one wants to practice, just play games, so if they see an open spot they take it.
