Yeah, but it it seems ridiculous to go through all that effort for a single game that will probably come out on Mac eventually anyway.

That Mac ports always suck.

I could run Civ 4 in Vmware with no problems, no rebooting required.

No, just logical

It isnt on the usenet groups either, from what I can see. I did see a hack of CivRev for the iPhone though... CivRev is only a fraction of the game that Civ4 is.

I have Civ5 preloaded right now ... its "burning a hole in my pocket"...

I doubt it, I was just kidding. I actually had it on CD around 1994 I think. It came with "Mantis" on the same CD, which I couldn't play because a giant mantis ripped through a news reporters body at the beginning of the game and it freaked me out. So I stuck to nuking entire civilizations from an overall perspective. Much easier to take.
