Default Jihad to help out my sister
My sister Jane Bruce has been nominated for a Women in Energy Award in the “Outstanding Ladder Climbers” category.

The category is for women in a support role who demonstrate the spirit of positivity. Jane brings that in boatloads while supporting her team with long hours and hard work.

She’s battled her way back from aggressive breast cancers twice and has maintained a positive approach throughout. She continued working through bald head, radiation burns, chemotherapy and all. Not only does she get the job done she does it with determination, style and a pervasive spirit of positivity.

So far as I know, Survey Monkey does require you to answer all questions. I'm not acquainted with any of the other women up for awards or their merits.
