Not unless you think they all are about to turn murderous if we don't behave like they want. According to the President and the Ground Zero Imam perfectly reasonable peace loving Muslims will turn into suicidal murderers if offended. Not all but, definately some.
Just think of the Gremlins. The only difference is that it isn't water that turns them into killers; It is an insult. In fact I think everyone on CP should rent Gremlins this weekend so we all understand what we are all up against.
By the way have you wondered what kind of Muslim community center needs 13 stories? We know the top 2 will be a Mosque. Another story could fit the pool and gym. Probably that same floor could fit the prayer closet they will be providing for Christians and Jews. I doubt we'll need much space. That leaves 10 stories for shuffle board, Ping pong, and card tables. Seems kind of excessive though. After all it is in a industrial/business area with little housing .
Maybe they are planning a school. What better way to show the world what the Muslim faith is about that a school. They can teach Muslim law and Muslim justice. I bet you that is what they are planning. They are probably just calling it a community center so those Islamicphobics don't get all suspicious about what they might teach. There is just so little trust these days.

I really don't care if people in foreign countries get upset at my exercising my democratic rights.
There's been Muslims in the Americas for what, over 300 years now? Of course, the earlybirds were *cough* "invited" *cough.*
I really don't think they need a guy in Creston BC to give them real estate tips, Feng Shui consultations and curriculum advice.
If Muslim subgroups want to plot diabolical overthrows of the government (which is what I think you're insinuating), I have no doubt they will be treated by the authorities in much the same manner as Christian militias or radical leftists or what have you.
