Got mine in 10 minutes, hopefully it goes better than my CP B League draft. Probably the worst draft I've ever had. I was holding the last draft spot, but I still made some brutal choices.

Did you pick a kicker and a defence before you selected a quarterback?

A few years ago I used to do an NFL.com autodraft. I really liked the way they did it because you would rank positions then set which position you wanted to draft in each round.

Haha no, although that would've been awesome. Nah I just wasn't prepared and it totally showed. The guys I'd want would keep getting snagged right before my pick and I had no back-up plan so I just panicked and made stupid calls. You totally gotta do a little homework before those things.
Pretty happy with my new team from my draft that just finished, Chris Johnson somehow fell to me at #3. Championship!

My first year in an NFL Keeper League, and this is one that I made myself. We had our draft today and I drafted 9th out of 10 people. We are allowed to keep 3 players and we start 2 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 2 WR/RB flex, 1 TE, 1 K and 1 DEF. This is the team I drafted....I don't really like it.
QB: Matt Schaub, Matthew Stafford, Alex Smith, David Garrard
RB: Ryan Matthews, Ronnie Brown, Clinton Portis, LT
WR: Roddy White, Greg Jennings, Malcolm Floyd, Wes Welker
TE: Kellen Winslow
K: Matt Prater
D: Pittsburgh

Okay so week one is starting soon.
With my good team, I'm wondering if I should start Malcolm Floyd over Michael Crabtree?
Both players have favorable matchups as Crabtree goes up against the Seahawks who were an awful pass defence last year, and Floyd draws the Chiefs who's pass rush is weaker than most teams in the WAC. I think the Chargers are more likely to throw the ball than the Niners are so I am thinking maybe I should gamble on Floyd as I do own Gates too, and one of them will certainly catch 10 balls for 150 yards and a couple TD's in this game.

Did a second draft yesterday. Like my WR depth, but hurting at RB
QB: P. Manning, Palmer
RB: Charles, Foster, Harrison, M. Bush, Washington
WR: A. Johnson, Jennings, H. Ward, Floyd, Holmes, Gaffney,
Def: NO
Hightower, F. jackson and Taylor are available. Not a PPR league so are any of these three RB's worth picking up over my receivers?

Well Holmes is no use for at least 4 weeks so unless you really want to stash him on your bench you might consider dropping him. But I don't think any of those guys is going to see a great deal of action. I suppose Fred Jackson might get to run the ball a lot because the Bills might just go with a wish bone offence that runs options on every play.

Did mine tonight:
QB: Tony Romo, Mark Sanchez (Week 4= Romo bye, Sanchez vs. Bills. Will replace Sanchez if necessary for that week)
RB: Ryan Mathews, Jamaal Charles, Arian Foster, Michael Bush, Tim Hightower
WR: Roddy White, Santana Moss, Bernard Berrian, Jacoby Jones, Mohamed Massaquoi, Santonio Holmes
TE: Zach Miller
DEF: Arizona (I'm a big believer in picking and choosing D depending on weekly matchups, I'll hope for a good start against STL and then go from there for week 2).
K: Adam Vinatieri
I'm pretty happy with the overall depth of my roster. Almost all guys I've never had before in fantasy which is a big bonus for me personally.

Did my 6th one last night. 5 keeper league, but they go to the bottom of the draft (everyone gets a 1st round pick). Might be the best team I've ever had. Have to start 2 QB, WR, RB, 1 Flex, 1 TE
QB - Flacco, Kolb, Campbell
WR - A Johnson, Nicks, S. SMith (Car), Holmes, Rice,
RB - C Johnson, Charles, M Bush, Portis, L Washington
Te - Cooley
DST - Cowboys
K - Buehler

So no opinions on who to start between Floyd or Crabtree?

I'd go with Floyd, unless you think the Chiefs secondary is that much better with Berry.

Floyd...only because his QB is the superior player vs Crabtrees and he will also be picking up a lot of Jacksons looks. They are calling him Jackson Jr in some circles.

Thoughts on this trade: Chris Johnson for Mendenhall + Nicks
Standard scoring in a PPR league.

I wouldn't do it. How thin are you at WR?

I'd hold onto Johnson, especially in a PPR league. He could catch as many as 60 passes this year, whereas Mendenhall isn't an every down back.

My other WR's are Berrian, Gaffney, Wayne, and Sidney Rice. RB's are CJ, Charles, Hillis, and Maroney
I love CJ but I would like some better depth at WR. I also really like Charles in KC.
