Two cheeseburer meal after a night of heavy drinking. Only cure for a hangover I've found that works almost instantaneously. Even the double cheeseburger doesn't work as well; I think it's the grease to bun ratio. You have to have enough bun to absorb alcohol and enough grease to make it all slide through...

Is puckluck still in the sin bin? This thread is definitely for him. I think there was another thread he was talking about eating it close to every day and how it's like a crack addiction.
this reminds me, I saw about 10 minutes of a show this weekend on A&E probably, about people with eating disorders. The guy profiled, ate 4 cheeseburgers every day. He just loved every one he ate. They interviewed his Mother and she said he's been like that since he was about 5 and had his first cheeseburger. He's in his 30's/40's now, and his wife was going to culinary school, but he wouldn't eat hardly anything she made. So that's pretty much all the guy ever ate, every day, cheeseburgers.

They used to do 69 cent cheeseburger Sundays when I was in University. They would never let me buy more than 6, but let me tell you- that was the ultimate hangover cure!

I think you have your answer there. Doesn't fit McDoinalds business model.
The propaganda against fast food is getting out of hand, Mcdonalds is much healthier than if you go to a restaurant.
If people had a clue as to how bad it is dining in an Earls, Moxies, etc.. they'd be shocked.
Besides the ultimate point is not to demonize these things, just do it in moderation like anything else in life. It would be nice though if restaurants were forced to show people how much fat, salt, carbs, calories...
Back in high school I practically lived at McDick's, but I really don't go there that much anymore. It's my hangover go-to though, why I don't know. Just crave that place when I got a case of the hangover hungries.

Most restaurants have nutrition information available if you look for it. Ie:
Some restaurants have it available online, others in the restaurant if you ask. It's definitely better than a couple of years ago, but I agree; they should have it right on the menu. Also, some restaurants are a royal pain in the ass to get it.
I agree, though, at least fast food all have it readily available. Restaurants can hide the bad stuff quite easily. A healthy chicken salad is 1200 calories. Diet killers for sure.

As for people saying they only go to McDonalds once or twice per year that reminds me of "the guy/girl" you meet in a social setting who "doesn't drink" I guess you take them at their word but in the back of your mind you red flag him/her and think, man I bet that guy/girl is a real drunk...
