Thoughts on that HD? Anyone know if it will work with a Bell Receiver?

Should work with Bell receivers, given the specs I remember when I researched it for my mom.

Keep an eye on this thread:http://forums.redflagdeals.com/dell-...-239-a-937093/
There's a guy that occasionally posts previews on there. Nothing up yet for this round.

I highly recommend buying that Harmony remote either for yourself, or for a parent/grandparent. Buy it now and save it for Christmas because those things have to be one of the best gifts I've ever given to my parents who have no idea how to setup their entertainment centre.

Good idea, now to see if I can hold off not trying it out until Christmas and keeping it for myself.

The only thing I could see a CRT being useful for is to take the flyback transformer out of it and use that to build a small tesla coil.

I love mine. The IPS panel is unreal. You won't notice it though unless you have a TN panel as well. I have IPS at work and TN at home and I hate going home to my TN.

Sad thing is, they still had about 20 CRTs where I work when I started last year. From 17"-22", those monsters took up 2 full closets in our board room when I finally replaced the last one.

I love non-profit IT.

Ordered one. I was going to get the 22" they featured the other day, but I'm glad I waited.

Oh my god. 16:10 and H-IPS for $429. This is ridiculous. I promised myself I wouldn't splurge.
