I think that I have watched about 5 of those shows before. Clearly I don't watch a lot of TV.

That being said, I was wondering about The Amazing Race just the other day.

You forgot Sons of Anarchy on Sept. 7. That's what I'm looking forward to.

Also interested to see if the new Boardwalk Empire is any good.

Ièm pretty sure I will be watching one of those shows, and that is Rescue Me. Quite content not watching any of the other ones, although the New York Sex one has piqued my interest.

Good or not I am sure I will watch it for a while. HBO already owns my Sunday nights from 9-11pm (True Blood, Hung, Entourage), so once those are over Boardwalk and Dexter slide into that time slot.

But I am pretty pissed that they would schedule the premieres of Dexter and Bored to Death at the same time.

I'm pretty excited for a whole bunch of shows this year:

House
NCIS
Supernatural
Criminal Minds
Big Bang Theory
Stargate Universe (nerd)

Most importantly, though, the Flames!

I like to check out at least the pilot and first few episodes of new shows. My DVR will be working overtime well into November this year.
