Liverpool have agreed a fee of £4 million with Fulham to sign left back Paul Konchesky with the possibility of youngsters Lauri Dalla Valle and Alex Kacaniklic heading to Craven Cottage.

According to the Daily Mail, 19-year-old Valle and Swede Kacaniklic have been requested by Fulham who may leave Anfield on a loan deal.

While Konchesky looks to be added to the Liverpool squad, Lucas Leiva sets to make his way out of Anfield after reports suggest his family haven't settled on Merseyside.

Lucas isn't bad you dumb twat. He won Brazilian footballer of the year just before he came here, and he always gives his all and plays well. Tidy passer, good ball winner and a team player. He picks his runs well too, he's earned his fair share of penalties not counting the ones he should have been awarded quite obviously.

Right now our midfield is Poulsen, Gerrard, Lucas and Meireles. Thats not great. Take out Lucas and we're in trouble.

Also, Lucas isnt as bad as most people like to make out.

Paul Konchesky? I sincerely hope Roy doesnt sell LDV. I understand hes got some serious potential.

Throw me in on the pro-Lucas wagon as well. He didn't have a great start here (although neither did...Benayoun for instance). He's a completely different player from Yossi, but he's been damn solid the last year and a half imo.

Lucas can go. Hes horrible. I could care less if he won a magazines footballer of the year 3 years ago. he can't shoot, he fouls way to much (and dumb fouls too) and is just a bad player.

Ya, We are slim in CM for sure, but it was said that there would be a defensive midfielder brought in for Masch, and I'd much rather have Poulsen than keep him, especially if he wants to leave.

It's a prestigious award there. The likes of Robinho, Tevez, all won it.

He doesn't need to be able to shoot. Not his job. He doesn't foul too much, he actually wins a fair amount of tackles. If you can't appreciate the fact that he works his ass off against much bigger and stronger opposition every week, and never say one bad word to the "fans" who slate him 24/7 - which is not a value of our club then you can go support a skank club in London.

Well you're sure late. We've already bought that replacement. Raul Mereiles. An above average player, but well below Masch's class.

Rafa's netspend hadn't been positive for the past 3 or 4 windows, and he's far superior to Roy in not only attracting players, but spotting them.

Well, Dagger's been in the Sin Bin for a couple of days now, so I dont think its acceptable behaviour. This forum tends to get moderated a little more lightly, but that doesnt mean that the rules are different.

Anyways, scrappy 1-0 win over West Brom. 3 points, great, but not exactly an inspiring performance.
