Those are boots, though! I'd pay top dollar for those.
Nothing I hate more than dress shoes with a toe that shoots up at close to a 90 degree angle or extends a good 2 inches beyond your toes and looks like something Robin Hood would wear.
You could go swimming in those.

Yeah I generally hit Spring for dress/casual shoes. The have pretty good prices and the shoes seem to last a decent amount of time. I think there's a Spring in most, if not all, malls around town.
