sad news, sad sad news.. The MoonDawgs Inaugural season is over... We lost a 5-4 games to the smart alecks last night. We actually out played them but had 2 bad bounces go against us the 1st one being with the game tied with 6 mins left in the 3rd and then the back breaker at 2 minutes left. We pulled within one with 30 sec left and then off the faceoff got in their zone and put up 4 or 5 shots in the last 30 sec and damn near tied it...
It was a fun game and it sucks to lose a close one. In perspective though we played our first game ever against these guys and they beat us by double digits. It shows us how far we have come this year.. We hope to improve on our 5 wins next season. Thanks for all the support guys ! I will keep you guys updated!!
Awesome season for the MoonDawgs, nicker. Souds like a good close game to finish it of. As you said, just focus on the great improvement rather than the W/L record.
