Well its not Hockey Monkeys restrictions ... its actually the Canadian side of some some hockey equipment manufacturers.... They push for the restrictions because they can make a ton of money gouging you up in Canada. They dont want stores and profits to have to compete with the deals that huge online discounters in the US can make ...

I understand, I just wish they made the restrictions more noticeable before you ordered...when you submit something that isn't shippable, something should pop up and tell you is all...I'm just bitter I didn't get the equipment I wanted is all

Dont worry , same thing happened to my wifes uncle who lives in lethbridge. I set him up with a few deals when I started the blog and such... he paid then all of sudden no dice .... He wasnt happy but what I can I do.. Its a crock sometimes. I wish something would pop up when they are out of stock sometimes ....I have been screwed over with that more than a few times. Now I call them direct and make them go look

^^FWIW, I've ordered restricted stuff before through the clearance. It really matters who you deal with when you phone and speak to them. it is possible.
